Inspired by the original principles of modern architecture — born in a time of urgency and economy of means — Casa Monte Bom proposes a reflection on simplicity, efficiency, and the essential quality of the inhabited space.
The project develops from a pure and rational geometry that guides the relationship between the house, the natural landscape, and solar exposure. The placement takes advantage of the site’s gentle topography and open views, preserving natural light while shielding the dwelling from the industrial presence to the south.
The spatial organization follows a direct and functional logic, reducing circulation areas to a minimum in order to maximize usable space.
